Does my computer have good security?

I am running:

Avast! Free Edition 5
Comodo Firewall (w/ Defense +)
Windows Defender
IObit Security 360

Is this good? Or too much? Or just right? Are all these programs compatible (conflict-free) with each other?

My operating system is Windows Vista by the way.

no you are using windows it’s flawed as hell, I use linux and need
    no prototection.

Your firewall is a good choice as for anti virus and anti spyware
many virus authors make viruses every minute and it takes the’
anti virus companies weeks to find out so in the end you are screwed
if it’s a new virus. With linux no virus can get in because of the sudo
access control, windows user access control is weak and a joke also
windows uses a registry with 1 virus the registry can become corrupt
and your whole operating system can fail or other system files will be
infected. Linux uses text and package files in it’s kernal to be configured.
    Make the switch bro.

It is ok but not great.you can turn windows defender off it doesn’t do much at all. Another program that you can run is this free program where you can run everything in a virtual environment. Then even if you go to a bad site or download a bad file it wont matter because it will be trapped in the sandbox and it wont be able to affect your real computer. Sandboxie will not conflict with the programs you listed above.
