I have tried twice to delete it via add/remove programs and it still comes back when I reopen my computer. What is this heresy?

– then open “add or remove programs”
– find the program on the list
– click on it once and when it expands choose remove

Not sure what you are asking but if you mean taking Norton, the whole thing off your computer then click on the link below, it’s the Norton removal tool, it will remove it all.
