How do I find my network security key from my computer?
My friend brought her laptop, and she tried to connect to my internet connection but it requires a security key. I’m on my desktop now, how do I find it on here? I don’t understand all the router stuff.
i found my aunt router wep key on the router side or could be under depends if it came with it

Try to open your modem page..Open browser & enter http://192.168.1.1/
Find wireless option & you will get WEP key over there..
Else download Aircrack..It will recover key from your desktop computer if you have forgotten key..But you must have used that wifi on your desktop computer

it just depends how u have it set u can have the PIN # or security key if pin look on the bottom of ur router if security key open network sharing center and then click Local Area Connections then Properties and then security
