How do I remove this windows vista security spam off my computer?

I’m trying to surf the web but this windows security crap is blocking me from using the Internet unless I buy this security package little help?

That is a fake program that wants to steal your money for nothing. Get rid of it by following the instructions in this link:

got to my computer then above where it list your drives there should be bar with uninstall or change program on there then go there should list all the programs on the computer and just uninstall.
if using firefox as internet then it might be add on. so then go to tools at the top then click on add on and then remove it.
