Malwarebytes.org they have a free removal tool that works great.
Security Tool, otherwise known as SecurityTool, is a rogue anti-spyware program from the same family as System Security. This program is promoted through the use of Trojans and web pop-ups. When this rogue is promoted via a Trojan it will be installed onto your computer without your permission or knowledge. When promoted via web pop-ups, you will be shown a pop-up when browsing the web that states your computer is infected. If you click on the pop-up you will be brought to a page that shows an advertisement that pretends to be a fake online anti-malware scanner. Hi There,
You just have to get in to safe mode then looked for the files of security tool then deleted it……….
To go in safe mode turn on your PC or laptop and keep pressing F8 … after you log in just go on search and search for the ‘security tool’ the right click and press ‘ open file location’ then delete that file. if that file is a shortcut file the right click and press ‘ open file location’ again then that is the file to delete. after you delete that file delete the shortcut after that too. when it is deleted empty your recycle bin then your safe. restart the computer and it should be okay…
Hope this helps,
Thanks,
Julia

Figuring out how to remove Security Tool can be complicated. The program infects your registry so it can be hard to get rid of manually. I wouldn’t recommend trying it on your own. The best course of action is to get a Security Tool removal tool. I heard this one can do the trick:
