Today is Safer Internet Day and Microsoft released the results of its second annual Computing Safety Index (MCSI), a survey of consumer online safety behaviors of more than 10,000 PC, smartphone, and tablet users in 20 countries. The MCSI measures 22 individual protective behaviors.
