My computer has XP Security Tool 2010, how do I remove it?

This is a rogue program. Do I need to be a computer expert to remove it? Is there a simple way, I think theres a trick that stops your computer from removing it.

    1. Click Start -> Run.

    2. Type “command” and press Enter.

    3. Type “notepad” and press Enter.

    4. When Notepad opens, copy paste into it the text written below:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [-HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareClasses.exe]
    [-HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareClassessecfile]
    [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTsecfile]
    [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.exeshellopencommand]

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTexefileshellopencommand]
    @=””%1″ %*”

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.exe]
    @=”exefile”
    “Content Type”=”application/x-msdownload”

    5. Save this as “fix.reg” to your Desktop (Save as “All files in Notepad”)

    6. Double Click “fix.reg”, then confirm by clicking “YES”.

    7. Reboot your computer and download Spyware Doctor antispyware for a full system scan.
