I don’t often write about tomatoes; OK, I have never once written about tomatoes in 40 years. But there’s a first time for everything.

A public relations professional has sent an email with the subject line, “MEDIA EVENT in Times Square (October 13th) – Free Lunch Available!:)”

So far, so routine. Every public relations professional knows that without a free lunch Woodward and Bernstein would not have covered Watergate. Now to the meat of the matter:

October is National Tomato Month and to celebrate the ever so loved fruit, (a) leading international wellness brand (not being plugged here) will be transforming Times Square into a beautiful Tomato Wonderland!
