What is the difference between Norton AntiVirus and Norton Internet Security?
Which one is more practical? I am looking for a package that I will be able to install on our 3 computers…..for under $50.00 hopefully. I have been looking on eBay and found some Norton software fairly cheap, but I don’t know the difference between Norton Antivirus and Norton Internet Security.

Norton do offer 3-user licenses, but it wont be under $50. Basically NAV only includes virus & spyware protection while NIS includes overall protection (the most addition being a firewall).There are also 100% free alternatives for computer security:
Free Anti-Virus:

Avira AntiVir Personal—->http://www.free-av.com
Free Firewalls:

Free Anti-Spyware/Malware:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware—–>http://www.malwarebytes.org
Javacool’s SpywareBlaster—->http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
The main difference is that Norton Internet Security offers more extra protection than Norton AntiVirus like having a firewall and spyware protection. It is best to get internet security but both will give you enough basic protection. You can compare the products in the link below.
