Why does my computer keep telling me I have a security problem?

My computer keeps popping up with a message saying I have a security problem, even though my security software, and Windows defender both say my computer is fine. I don’t know if anything is wrong – if there is, I want to fix it, if there isn’t, I want it to stop saying there’s a problem – it’s annoying.

There are pictures of what’s happening at: http://mynameisbek.spaces.live.com/photos/cns!DA3BEFA21DCDAD92!1143/

Thanks so much!

Hmm… when that message pops up again, click on it to bring up the Windows Security Center and see why it’s saying that. There’s also a slight chance that it’s a virus and if so, clicking on it will make the virus visible.

Not such a slight possibility to have a virus, VISTA SUCKS, just remember that, my mom’s computer does that too(also vista)but it’s because she turned off automatic updates, but it looks like you have a virus. And don’t follow the below advice, AVG sucks for many reasons, read one of my other virus answers for reasons. Norton sucks too, Kaspersky and BitDeffender are good ones.

im sorry to say it’s a virus. In order to remove it, scan the whole computer with AVG 8 free edition or whatever you have as your antivirus to see if it detects that virus. If so, good for you. If not, scan with spybot S&D(google it, its free), it is sure to find that little bugger.

You have a rogue software infection. It uses scare tactics to goat users into buying a fake product. To remove the infection try getting the free versions of both these products and then scan.
If you can’t download these try downloading them in safe mode with networking(press f8 while booting)
