will downloading malwarebytes and Hijackthis cause problems with any other security on my computer?
My laptop is infected with Antivir Solution Pro and a lot of the sites I’ve been to have told me to download stuff like Malwarebytes and HijackThis. I’m not too good with computers, and I wanted to know if downloading this stuff will cause issues with my computer if I have other security on it
Malwarebytes & HijackThis are really good antimalware and diagnostics software to use is there is any virus problem. Uninstall that Antivir Solution Pro first.
No definitely not.Especially Malwarebytes, they are designed to be comptible with other programs.
However Id rtather go for Superantispyware instead of Hijack this because Hijack this is for the more experienced user, Superantispyware is for everyone like MAlwaqrebytes. What MBytes may miss, SAS can and should catch. They are both free at CNET, file hippo, or soft pedia. Goodluck and you need to update first.
Remmber you can have 2 or more anti malware programs but only 1 AV and firewall
